Not Every Shirt Will Be Perfect

Unfortunately, not every shirt that leaves our shop can be perfect. Even the largest manufacturing facilities sew their shirts by hand, which can lead to discrepancies between garments. Because of differences in shirts, some prints may be slightly skewed. We attempt to catch as many of these issues as we can, but some are not apparent until the shirt is worn. We do not offer reprints unless the spoilage rate of the order total is over 5%.

Spoilage/Under Run

Due to the nature of screen printing, it is not uncommon for an experienced printer using quality equipment to produce a misprint from time to time. We leave room for a spoilage rate of up to 5% per order. Our production department will pull these misprints out of your order, and we will notify you as soon as possible, then if time allow, we will replace them. However, we strongly recommend ordering extra tees if you need a specific number of exact sizes.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is currently 10 business days from the time that you submit your order. (For artwork creation, it is 5 business days turnaround once you submit your 50% deposit.) If you have specific deadline to meet, please notify us when placing your order. Taking more than 24 hours to approve your order will add to your
turnaround time. Rush fees may apply to orders needing a quicker turnaround time than what our standard turnaround time offers. Remarking Printing will not be held responsible for missing deadline due to weather conditions, power outage, vendor shortages and errors and shipping errors. If however we foresee any problems in advance, we will be sure to notify you and work with you to rectify them.

Payment Terms

Remark Printing requires a 50% deposit upon approval of digital mockup/proof.
Payment in full must be submitted upon pick up or delivery of order.

Rush Orders

Orders that needs to have their sooner than our standard turnaround time are subject to rush fees. Below is the rush fee percentage schedule which indicates the percentage amount to be added to the order total, based on how many days are being cut out our specified turnaround time. Rush orders still incur the same limitations as outlined in the turnaround time above. So, if a rush order needs in 3 days earlier than our standard turnaround time for your order, 30% of total order will be added as rush fee.

1 Day: 10%
2 Days: 20%
3 Days: 30%
4 Days: 40%
5 Days: 50%
6 Days: 60%
7 Days: 70%
8 Days: 80%
9 Days: 90%
10 Days: 100%

Rush time frames are based on our current production schedule and do not include shipping time. Remark Printing will be held responsible for shipping issues once your order has left our facility.

Art Approval

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. If an error, spelling, and grammar mistake are found after your order has been approved and printed, Remark Printing will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer. Due to computer screen variances and approximate scales, your shirts will not always look exactly as they do on a digital proof. Screen printing image may differ to digital mockup.

Color Accuracy

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors of products shown on this website. Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the color you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate reproduction of the actual product. Screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color.

Garment Manufacturer Defects

Remarking Printing is not responsible for garment manufacturer defects such as garment color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, holes, imperfect garment, or other garment defects. Our production department does inspect the garments as they are printed, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We do our best to provide garment size specs for each product listed on our website. If size specs are not listed on our site, we recommend you confirm and verify them on the manufacturers’ site to ensure the garment is going to fit as you intend. If there’s any doubt about whether you’ll like the selected garment or the sizing, we recommend ordering a blank sample first. Please keep in mind that ordering blank samples will push back the turnaround time. Blank samples are available for purchase but are not refundable or transferrable toward a full production run.

Out of Stock Items

Remark Printing will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. All purchasing of product is done on an order-by-order basis. Very few goods are stocked at our facilities. We do our best to provide you with an accurate inventory prior to your order being placed, but we cannot “hold” goods from the time you received a quote to the time you actually place the order. Should items become out of stock, we will so our best to find a replacement and get it approved by prior to using it for your order.

Order Cancellations

In the event that an order is cancelled by a customer, the refund will be based on the status of the order. We may require a restocking fee; however, refunds cannot be issued if the order has already been completed.

Returns

At Remark Printing we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has occurred. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. If it is determined that you need to return products to Remark Printing for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

At Remark Printing we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide the products and services you have requested from us. We will not sell your data or use it for any other purposes than this.
